1930's brain, 25th Century outlook. Actor for stage, screen and voiceover. Anime Voice Actor.
Introduction
1930's brain, longing for the 25th Century....

I'm creative, and a performer. I've done magic, radio, stage, tv and film, but I'm not one of those self-obsessed artists. I've done some voice work for anime, as well.

I am a mystery, surrounded by an enigma, wrapped in a twinkie. I am bottomless, unless you count my amazing posterior. I'm a film geek, read a lot, and collect art, sketches and prints. I enjoy science-fiction and fantasy, comics, and animation from all countries. You don't have to be into any of those things to have a conversation with me, because I've kissed a girl before. And More. I have all the social skills of someone expected to walk the earth in the 21st century hailing from a major world power. I'm a geek by interest, not by behavior.

And because I like the quotes part of facebook:

"Down these mean streets a man must go who is not himself mean, who is neither tarnished nor afraid. He is the hero, he is everything. He must be a complete man and a common man and yet an unusual man. He must be, to use a rather weathered phrase, a man of honor -- by instinct, by inevitability, without thought of it, and certainly without saying it. He must be the best man in his world and a good enough man for any world." Raymond Chandler, The Simple Art of Murder.

"Some people can read War & Peace and come away thinking it a simple adventure story. Others can read the back of a chewing gum wrapper, and unlock the secrets of the Universe." Lex Luthor, Superman the Movie

"But Lex, what does chewing gum have to do with the secrets of the Universe?" Miss Tessmacher, Superman the Movie

"Huey? I hate losing." Riley, Boondocks.
"Then stop beating yourself." Huey, his brother.

"He likes your lemonade." Peter O'Toole in Lawrence of Arabia.

"Looks like we're shy one horse." Unnamed gunman in Once Upon A Time In The West.

"No, you brought two too many." Charles Bronson to unnamed gunman, before he shoots all three of them, in same.

"You ever kill anyone? It's just like sex, except there's a winner." Mr. Hyde, in BBC's Jeckyll.

"I still live." John Carter, in A Princess of Mars

"Who are you?"
"Do you know like I was saying about the Earth revolving? It's like when you're a kid. The first time they tell you that the Earth's turning and you just can't quite believe it cause everything looks like it's standing still. I can feel it. The turn of the Earth. The ground beneath our feet is spinning at 1,000 miles an hour, and the entire planet is hurtling 'round the Sun at 67,000 miles an hour and I can feel it. We're falling through space, you and me, clinging to the skin of this tiny little world, and if we let go... [let's go of Rose's hand] That's who I am." The Doctor, portrayed by Christopher Eccleston.

"I bet if I had some itching powder and a joy buzzer I could kill It." Richie, to himself after the effect of the sneezing powder on IT, in Stephen King's novel.

"No damn cat, no damn cradle." Cat's Cradle, by Kurt Vonnegut.

"You know what the purple stuff is in bird poop? That's bird poop, too." Timequake, by Kurt Vonnegut.

"Luck is probability taken personally." Penn Jillette, quoting someone else.

"I don't see any 'cunning plan.' " Baldrick, in Blackadder.

"Baldrick, you wouldn't know a 'cunning plan' if one painted itself purple, jumped on top of a harpsichord and sang 'CUNNING PLANS ARE HERE AGAIN.'" Edmund Blackadder, in Blackadder.

"We spend much of our lives alone. Some cope with it better than others. The ones who don’t are primed and ready for victimhood. You have to learn to be with yourself, because if you don’t, there’s a whole world of drugs, booze and rotten people who will be your friend until you’ve been sucked dry. Beware of what loneliness makes you do." Josh Olsen
