It's been a busy summer in Canada's wireless industry. So I sat down with a few journalist friends of mine and laid down the facts as we saw them unfold.

A wonderful podcast with a wonderful man. Clay and I talk about the deeper workings of social media as we see it, and he also sings a song for me at the end!

My review of Crysis 3 for Canada.com. A ridiculous story, but some great mechanics and some pretty visuals.

Three games that made my 2012 spectacular. Three games that made me something more than I am. Three that I think defined my gaming experiences of this year.

My conversation about Bioshock Infinite with a few journalists. It's certainly one of the most talked-about experiences in gaming this year, but did it succeed in what it was trying to do? Listen.

Some good housekeeping. Funny how I can only do that on vacation. Catch up on the things I've been writing here.

On this episode of the Conversations: Podcast, I talk about The Hobbit along with a few friends. Really fun! (Perfect, I'm told, to listen to during your Sunday chores!)

My review of Guardians of Middle-earth on Xbox. Fan of Lord of the Rings? Well, it's going to take more than that to like this game.

My wife found out about My Ninja Movers online, but called a few other places at the same time. Ninja was the first to call us back. They were very up-front and courteous on the phone. After the call, they sent us an itemized online form. This was helpful when comparing their services with other moving companies. We could then accept or reject that form to proceed -- no hassles. They call back to confirm those details in case you forget something. The day of the move, they arrived early and were very friendly. They responded to my requests professionally. Their truck was fully stocked with everything we needed (dollies, shrink wrap, moving blankets, mattress covers, wardrobe boxes). They were very careful with our things, both at our old place and the new one. In the end, we paid what I thought was a fair price for a smooth move (and with a credit card). To be fair: The move took an hour more than quoted, but that was because we underestimated how much stuff we actually had. I asked for 3 wardrobe boxes, but they only brought two (however, it was enough). The move was also made easier for them because we had ordered boxes from Frogbox, an extra charge that protected our stuff from damage. All that being said, Ninja will do a great job. They're attentive and efficient.
