I was a huge fan however, I continue to go back thinking it will be better and I'm let down. The service great but whoever is responsible for there menu's needs to go. I don't have a problem paying high prices for dinner but BJ's is way too expensive for pizza. Please step up your game.

Visited on New year's eve when the restaurant was very busy. The staff did exceptionally well handling the crowd, and the food was good as always. My only criticism is that the indoor waiting area was insufficient for the crowd. Overall a good experience.

Eating with my mom & dad tonight. My dad had originally ordered a bacon guacamole hamburger to be cooked Medium-Well. When he but into it, it was pink and tasted under-done. We told our waitress, Jordan S., our problem and she took it away with no problem and served us a complimentary salad to enjoy while they recoook his burger. The second was as he asked and tasted fine. I appreciate that she mentioned it was their policy to cook their burgers to have no pink in the middle and explained how she fixed the problem in the back with her manager. Thanks Jordan. Ps. Wings are stringy & pizza was cold.

I went there recently after the movies at Cal Oaks with my daughters. It was nice and the food was pretty good. We had a cocktail and beers I felt that $85.00 for sandwiches and salad was a bit pricey. Although 8 bucks for popcorn is pretty bad as well. I'd go back

3rd and last time our family will be spending our money at this location. The service was absolutely horrific tonight. Once seated, we waited over an hour for the arrival of our entrees: which came out one by one with 10 minutes in between. By the time my stepdad received his meal, my mother and daughter were done with their food. Additionally, my veggy pizza came out cold to the touch and undercooked (gooey). I sent it back and had it removed from our bill. The manager apologized insincerely and quickly and offered us a pazooki, but then we waited another 20 min for our desert (that which we got up and left before its arrival). This place needs some new management and really needs to work on food service. This is a repeat experience of our last visit here also. We wont be back, what a shame

I love eating at most BJ's. However this one, which is close to my house, is horrible. The service is down right disturbing!!! I hate to say it, but I'm done with the menifee BJ's

Bj's from the moment you enter their restaurant is on the impressive side. One can tell right away that this chain spends money in their looks. Visited the one in Menifee, since we recently moved there, and expected a very nice time and food. Not to be at all. The place was 40% full, but for our table of 5 it took so long to get things started, it seemed like we were in a very crowded restaurant. Each thing we tried to order, starting with appetizers, later with main dishes, as well as beer, coffee and drinks, took a very long time. BJ's is known for their Chicago style Pizza. One could assume, incorrectly, that by now they have the preparation method, amounts and temperature down to a science. After all, it does not take a lot of skill to make a pizza from scratch, specially if recipes has been passed down from corporate headquarters. We had appetizers, all average, like Avocado Egg Rolls, Chicken Wings, Sliders, each priced for high enough numbers to merit skillful preparation. They took their very sweet time, and the coffee besides being lukewarm did not return for at least 45 minutes. Pizzas were the biggest fiasco. Arrived lukewarm, with such a careless preparation, that frankly, I felt like pushing my way into the kitchen to try and help them out. How can a place that is known for their pizza, send to the table such a dismal failure. Service by a very pretty waitress was way below what was needed, long intervals left looking at each other, should we just walk out the same way we came in? Not one thing in BJ's was done with quality and taste, big investment, poor execution. Payed over $80 plus gratuity. This place needs to be put in its place, lukewarm pizza? 2 Stars.
