Shady. I'm using less water and have been for months but somehow my bill keeps going up. Already paying a lot just to live here but I'm expected to pay these shady middle-men for basic utilities too?

I live in a property, Elan Lindbergh, whose utilities they manage in Georgia and they are obviously incompetent. Today we received notice that we would be back-billed roughly $394.88 because in 9 months they haven't correctly billed anyone for their water usage. How is this even acceptable? What kind of company cannot do its sole job correctly? Which is to bill you for utilities you used THAT month. Even a couple months of errors would be overlooked, BUT 9 months? They are completely incompetent.

NWP's goal is to provide accurate billing, which entails rectifying unintended billing challenges, in order to meet the billing process set forth within your lease agreement. We understand the layout of these back-billed charges may not be a suitable one for you. For that reason, we'll be more than happy to modify this plan to one that works better for you.

I've never lived in an apartment before that couldn't handle their own billing and then charged its tenants for their incompetence. Waste of money in my opinion. Make the damn property management pay your damn service fees.

On Thursday I called had problems with customer service so I called their corp office. Sergio returned my call regarding me receiving a copy of my daily usage report. I have not received it yet. This is what the company should provide if your going to charge someone usage. I cannot even get someone out here to do a reading of my meter. Is this not my right?

got an email from them saying I'd not set up e-payments yet...I'm nowhere in CA... "Sign up for NWP eBills! "

Hello David, thank you so much for the feedback. NWP ran an email circulation to all of our current resident customer not enrolled in our eBill feature, to inform them of it’s benefits. Although it’s a great tool, there is no obligation to enroll. If you believe you should not be receiving an NWP bill, please reach out to our resident services team listed in the email you received. I lived at a property that made me pay $40 for this service and all it allowed me to do was look at my rent payment online. I couldn't even pay my bill online. I would rather get my bill in the mail.
