I brought my father's 1991 Toyota Camry in to have serviced. I was very impressed with the look of the new dealership as well as Jimmy Miga who is the service manager. He treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. Rich, the Parts Department Manager was also extremely accommodating in getting all the parts I needed to ensure that my 91 Camry will run for another 23 years and another 136,000 miles. He has a tremendous personality and always smiles. I also appreciated the wonderful Penn Toyota mugs. My mother in law loves them.Thank you for all of your attention to detail. You guys are the reason I come back to Penn Toyota and will continue bringing my 2009 Scion XB, my 1992 Toyota Corolla and my 1991 Toyota Camry to you for the foreseeable future.

Horrible..... dishonest..... scum....... aggressive underachieving salespersons .... they use tactics that should be illegal and are "apologetic" to your face while they are robbing you !

My wife and I were trying to decide which small SVU to get, and remembering that we had an excellent experience at Penn Toyota a decade ago, we decided to go there to look at the 2013 RAV 4. The first thing we noticed was that the building had been wonderfully updated. It was clean, airy and pleasingly modern. But the best part about Penn Toyota hadn’t changed: Its outstanding sales department. As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted and asked if we needed help. The salesperson was very patient, answering each question with honesty, poise and clarity. Negotiating a price, something I don’t like doing, was a pleasure. The service department was equally exceptional. Right after delivery, a member of the service department emailed me to welcome me in to the Toyota family. A few days later, I called them because I needed something minor checked out. They were expeditious in setting up an appointment, and were flexible enough to work around my schedule. To sum up, this is an exemplary dealership that knows their products, and better yet, knows how to treat their customers. I most highly recommend them.

I took my '13 RAV4 in on 1/31/14 as a light popped up indicating that 'service was required'. I reside in FL and was starting my return trip the next day. I checked in @ Penn Toyota without an appointment and service specialist Corwin Richards took care of my vehicle. The service consisted of a routine wheel rotation, which took place within1 hour for free, despite the fact that was Friday around noon. I had the best possible experience an out-of-towner could get and, according to my wife, with no difference from her previous experience last summer. Corwin was attentive, extremely kind, and 100% customer oriented. I strongly recommend this place

This place is very dishonest. I gave in my 3 keys when i leased my car. They delivered 3 separate times that day and each car gave me problems. One was grey, one was black, and one had a spoiler. They changed the car so many times i decided to just pay the extra monthly fee and take the one with the spoiler. After 3 months (without any notice) they contact me saying one key is missing (even though on the odometer report it says 3 keys were handed in) and they are charging me $271. I dealt with Joe at the dealership. He is a middle aged man that knows almost nothing about the cars there and makes frequent mistakes. His manager Tony cursed us out for not being happy with the mistaken vehicle they delivered to us that day. Ray the manager of the shop did not help at all as he was "too busy to deal with a customer". I highly suggest you do not deal with this dealer as there are much better Toyota dealers in the area that will offer you the same thing.

second time i did oil change in here and when i checked oil level it was overfill 1/4 gallon more oil in engine!!!!! and i was tolled in PENN TOYOTA that i have to check oil level when car is running, when Toyota owners manual doesnt recommend that!!!! please if u do oil change in this dealers ship check your oil level or u will have head gasket problem!!!!
