Jim jennings saved my life!   Well at least my life as i know it.  I recently purchased a lemon from the scheisters over at chesaco motors, that first over heated and blew the thermostat and radiator, then a week later the transmission went up.  still under the warranty chesaco motors blames the transmission failure on me and stated they are not going to fix it.   i decided i was i going to scrap it and take the cash and start over with another down payment and a new loan.  then my father said call around and see what kinda  deal i could get. so right off the bat i called jim jennings and they gave me 3 prices for the transmission and a warranty from 1 to 3 years warranty. i knew i did not have enough money to pay for the work fully.  I asked if they could finance and they said that management would be calling me back in a little bit.  He did just as promised and reiterated the prices and the financial details of the loan.  I agreed and they had the work done in three days. i came in signed my papaerwork , paid my 1/3 down and drove off in my car.  the process seemed flawless and perfected.  All the people there were wonderful, friendly, and helpful.  This was the absolute best car repair experience that i have  ever had.  THANK YOU JIM JENNUNG>

Recently had transmission replaced here in my 2008 Acura TL, after receiving 2 other estimates. Very impressed with the thoroughness of their assessment of the problems, their personal attention, high level of integrity and follow-up. Their reputation for quality workmanship and a 3 year guarantee were re-assuring.

This was my best experience ever when it comes to major repair. My son needed a tranny in his Infiniti and I was given several options along with a breakdown and explanation of the entire process. The staff is very friendly and JC has a million jokes and another million stores,but that's what makes this different. This shop makes you feel very comfortable with them. What shop do you know of that sends out a thank you letter? 10 out of 10 hands down!

As for JC's jokes and our friendly environment, our entire day is filled with curing problems that are often difficult to diagnose and expensive. Jc is a fair honest man that really knows his stuff. If you are having any problems with your car take it to Jim Jennings quick and get it checked out before it cost you more than your car or trucks worth. I truly believe that they run a honest business. Thanks for your honesty I will return .... If you have a backyard job done and they don't tighten every bolt that dollar you saved in the backyard just cost you your Jeep...💰🚙 Basel

I had an engine light that my regular mechanic told me was a transmission code. I took the car to Jims and they checked it out and told me that the issue was under recall from Toyota and did not charge me for their time. I really appreciate their honesty and now I'll be able to get my repair for no charge from the dealer! Honesty is a rare thing in the world of auto repair, and I really appreciate it. I've also had work done by them several years ago and was very pleased with the service.

Jim Jennings Transmissions came highly recommended by my trustworthy mechanic after experiencing trouble accelerating in my taurus. Ray and the staff spent time to correctly diagnose what was causing the issue and kept me informed throughout the process. It has been almost two weeks since they replaced the manual lever position sensor, and since then, my car has been shifting and running smoothly. Thanks again to everyone at Jim Jennings Transmissions! 5/5

Honest people. We were going to take my GMC terrain there when it stalled out and would shake while driving. They informed us it was a transmission problem and that instead of them fixing it and charging us, that we should take it to a GM dealer because our power train warranty was still good and would be free to fix by the dealer.

The dealer quoted 1 700 plus on my 2005 corolla's clutch and Jim Jennings charged me with about 400-500$ less. Also great costumer service - when I mentioned that I don't have transportation to go back home (which is about 30 min away) once I leave the car with them i was offered a ride back (at no charge). It was also arranged for me to pick up my vehicle when they had day off (on the weekend). I do costumer service in hospitality myself and it is easy to notice when people go out of their way so to satisfy a costumer.

The clutch in my ultra-rare (1 of 57 built) 1992 Grand Prix STE required replacement. It was last done 16 yrs ago by an un-named factory dealership & they made a complete mess of it, had it back 4 times before it was right, and they tried to hike my bill $600 to cover their mistakes. The bill was $1400 & change. Here it is 2015 and that nightmare is still fresh in my mind. JC and Gary at Jim Jennings took great care of me, called several times to keep me abreast of the progress and what they had found out, and even apologized for not being able to replace transmission half-shaft drive seals which are no longer available through the parts channels. The car was done right the first time, drives & runs great and I'm quite pleased. Would recommend them for honesty and transparency, to anyone who would ask. Can't go wrong here, and their techs have years of experience and constant training. And they even sent me a follow-up thank-you letter a week later, noting that there are many shops you could have chosen, thank you for honouring us with your trust and business. That's class. And to top all that, the bill was about $100 less than 16 yrs ago. Amazing. :) 5 Stars.
