"no politician in history, and I say this with great surety, has been treated worse or more unfairly" - Donald Trump

I can think of a few in Germany and France over the past few hundred years who would beg to differ.

So... Breath of the Wild is starting to look pretty samey, and I've only gotten the first of the four mighty beast dungeon critters. I kinda want to see this game through to its conclusion, and it is fun, but I feel like there's basically more of the same waiting for me over the next many tens of hours. Isn't there something better I could be doing with my life?

Wow. Now we're inventing "alternative massacres"?

Headline on BBC News: "Why are people talking about this picture?"

I'll never know, because I don't fall for clickbait. Come on BBC, you're my most trusted news source, don't let me down now!

You must see this insane 3D-printed overworld map of the original Zelda game. The creator is unknown, but Mike Matei (of Cinemassacre fame) had it printed up and uploaded these high-res photos with minor commentary on some other lesser social network.

I put the five awesome pics into this album, so check it out!

Since "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk" is almost certain to be ignored by the Oscars this year, I wanted to share probably the most accurate review of it I've read so far. Such a fantastic and underrated movie!

Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk is fantastic, difficult, beautiful, troubling and incredibly touching, and I must see it again.

I am overjoyed that CNN's #Election2016 coverage does not appear to include any of their employed Trump surrogates. And it's amazing how pleasant the news can be when everyone isn't screaming at each other. Even when it's about the election!

I know what you're thinking, and I'm sorry to remind you that the election exists, but I haven't laughed this hard in weeks.

I'm sad to see the lack of love out there for Trevor Noah. He's gotten a lot of flack for various reasons, the most substantive of which is that he's not as angry or opinionated as Jon Stewart. That's fair, but if you want agit-prop cut with jokes, you can just watch John Oliver.

Stewart's rage was refreshing in a time when nobody seemed awake to what was going on in their own country. But these days, Noah's calmer, more genial approach is just what I need after enduring a political assault from every angle elsewhere in my life. I'm fine with the Daily Show becoming a sunnier place.
