Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Since when did customers become a target to be taken advantage of? It's sad that I see stories like this of big corporations squashing the customer that keep them in business a few times a month. When did this become ok?
Most of us have been in this situation, and probably once or twice with Comcast. You're told by the first person that something is free, then you get a bill for it and when you call to find out why...

I'm curious... Here in the US cell phone companies will subsidize service contracts with lower costing phones if you sign a 2 year contract. This will lock you in with their service and you can't unlock your phone to use with another service. Unfortunately, 90% of the population here have been suckered into paying higher costs for phones and services.

Do the cell phones services in AU conduct business the same way? I know in Canada and parts of Europe the cell copmanies do business much different. We seemed to have limited ourselves with the various types of service (CDMA vs GSM) and different ranges of freq used in 4G LTE...

Greg Freeman: Nikola Tesla is my Hero!
Introduction
Hi  I'm Gregory Freeman.  I am originally from Michigan, grew up in South Texas, and have lived just about everywhere, currently i'm Idaho Falls.  My professional experience ranges from the military as a medic, to being a firefighter paramedic, to healthcare and operations management of several air medical flight programs.  I am interested in new technologies and enjoy the challenge that systems engineering presents in RF communications for communications centers.

Best food I've had at Outback in a long time. Nice job!

Had reservation and was 5 min early. Table was given away, eventually seated upstairs in a corner by the kitchen 30 minutes later. Food was ok, however, nothing to write home about. I felt like I would have gotten a way better meal at Outback or Olive Garden for the price I paid here. The experience over our reservation and seating was irritating. We expected the food to be outstanding from the reviews from friends. Totally missed the mark. Wife and I will not be going back. EDIT: so we were convinced to try again 4 months later. Service was much better. Unfortunately the food was not. I don't understand how people rave about this place. The steaks are tasteless. Wife had the garlic peppercorn steak and I had the prime rib. Both bland without taste. This was the last time we are coming here. If we go come back it will be for the huckelberry cheesecake. It is to die for...
