This place is amazing. Great cocktails and the food was top notch. We didn't have a reservation, but we sat at the bar and our bartender was very friendly.

Get your night started at what is perhaps the best restaurant in Inman Square, with plenty of high-end tequilas (and "real" margaritas to match). For those on a budget, Olecito -- across the street -- serves many of the same flavors in snack size (using the same ingredients), at a drastically cheaper price. The bocadillos are delicious -- Mexican flavors are fresh/balanced balanced in all of the sandwich options (recommendations: Baja Taco, Piolin, Burritos). Highlights (at Olé): Table-side Guacamole/Salsa (wow!), Taquitos de Pollo, Elote con Chili (Mexican Corn), Pork Ribs (tender, slow-cooked in banana leaves), Sea Bass (Pan-seared w/red bell-pepper sauce).

my favorite salsa - the best i've ever tasted. the food is consistently delicious - especially their dinner menu. i love the new tapas focus. the vegetarian dishes are always so flavorful, full of fresh vegetables and more inventive than many mexican restaurants. their margaritas are also really, really good.

The guacamole made tableside is the highlight at Ole, whether as an appetizer with dinner or as an accompaniment to drinks. Entrees are fresh and flavorful, but a bit overpriced. I recommend the enchiladas, with your choice of meat (or vegetarian) and either ranchera, mole poblano, or salsa verde (or one on each enchilada). Vegetarian options are plentiful and varied. Skip Olecito across the street, however; flavors are limp at best at this takeout version of Ole.

i love how they make the guacamole right in front of you so you know all the materials are very fresh! as for the main dishes, they are pretty average
