Hi, this is my latest project: "metaPixel"
A couple of 3D printed modules displaying colourful effects.
Controlled by a Teensy 3.1 and driven by FastLED this display is like a digital fireplace.
The sources can be found at https://github.com/Spirou42/metaPixel and the 3D-Models are at https://www.youmagine.com/designs/metapixel

Some food for the sharks:

Two Roses.

Setup:
Old wine bottle on the edge of a black glass table in front of a black paper backdrop.

Lighting: 5 speed lights, 2 strip-lights (left&right) for the bottle. One from behind/below to get the horizontal line from the tables edge and for highlighting the water (there is a diffusor behind the bottle)  and one for each of the blossoms (with extremely narrow grid) from the above/front.

Post: removed dust, tweaked curves and adjusted the high frequency contrasts on the blossoms.
