This location is absolute garbage and makes the Darden company look bad. After a bad encounter Connie did nothing but over talk me when I voiced my concerns. Horrible way to treat guests and that's coming from somebody who has worked at olive garden. I know the standard that they try to uphold and unfortunately here they chose somebody who clearly knows nothing of customer service. Which is the most important. Not wasting time or money at this location ever again. Connie did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and when we chose to contact corporate did not honor her promise that merely made us feel comfortable with the treatment that we recieved. Rachel in take out however does actually know how to do her job and not talk down to guests. Getting my last order and thank to Connie I will not go back and I will be contacting corporate again.

I pick the Olive Garden instead of Thai food for the night, got there last night at around 9pm, no wait for a booth, the 2 Host guys/kids where great - had a few conversation with them about me doing a drive to LA and back to Vegas then straight to Olive Garden same day We did the 2 for 1 special - My wife and my 15 year old son - ordered spaghetti, fetuccini Alfredo, and raviolli, Salad for me and 2 order of soup, Food was Great, specially for the special, Ask for the Check, and a to go box, My wife was not done yet on her second serving of soup, requested more breadstick and the server said he can only give us 2 pieces (guess what he started poking the white Napkin and started looking inside the - no more inside He came back with the breadsticks and I told him to take it back - we don't want it any more. Still gave him his 15% tip - I usually do 18 to 25% depends on the service - thats the key. on the way out my wife ask if we can get some Chocalate and the manager (maybe) ask her if our server did not give us any and he apologize - maybe the server was being lazy to get some. The point was - the way that server talked about giving us only 2 breadsticks - what a joke (after driving almost 12 hours and heading to Olive Garden - Service is the key to any business and counting breadsticks? (poking and looking at the bread basket - what a joke) I told the 2 kids (host up front) before they told me to take it easy for the drive I just did. they were cool. Ive been going to Olive Garden for the Past 30 years -the atmoshpere is great but - they should teach ther employees what to say.. You will never know who you talk to... I would still come back , just hoping not to see that server ....

It's just another Olive Garden. Clean, tastes great, extremely expensive... the list could go on, but unless you've never eaten at an Olive Garden before, you probably already know. My personal favorite thing to order (vegetarian) is the ravioli di portobello, which is raviolly stuffed with mushrooms and tomatoes, covered in cheese sauce. It isn't the best food to eat on a diet - but it tastes SO good.

Good service. Alfredo dipping sauce for your breadsticks. Packed extra breadsticks for our to-go order.

We arrived as a party of 6, from a movie. We were told the wait time would be between 15 minutes to an hour. We asked if there was a more accurate window but that was the only guess they could give. We decided to wait. The wait was not too long. We were seated in the back and one of our party decided to leave, making us five. Our waiter was the worst. He had a hard time hearing, and instead of asking us to speak up or being polite, he would rudely repeat questions. He also seemed upset that we wanted to split our checks up. The food wasn't great for the price. I've had better at cheaper places. They did manage to keep our breadsticks stocked up this time. The waiter kept lingering by, but never in a helpful manner. The other staff offered us refills, asking us if we needed anything but not our assigned waiter. I gave the waiter a coupon, and he gave me a dirty look and seemed confused by it. he also had no knowledge of menu prices. When our bills were due, one of our friends had to use the restrooom. We were waiting for her to return, and the waiter kept hovering by our table, trying to get us to leave. We will not be back.

They made us feel like they were "put out" when we showed up with a large party.
