So, BA (& Ogilvy) have launched a beautiful microsite promoting their new a380 & Dreamliner planes. First thoughts:

1. They've gone all 'Appley' & focused on user benefits, not plane specs; and the results are striking

2. It doesn't work on iPad, or mobile, at all; a majority of their audience won't experience luxury, but confusing design

3. Content is a little light in favour of aethetic design (not surprising given it came from Ogilvy), but will 'SEO juice' be slightly dampened?

All in all though, stunning.

I remember a few years ago, many in luxury (esp retail) believed luxury physical experiences couldn't translate to the (intangible) web. This lovely, immersive design proves they CAN.
