Great resort. The kids pool is great and even though you need a life jacket for smaller kids in the bigger water slide, my son enjoyed the smaller water slide just fine. The rooms are nice and clean, found the beds a bit hard but I find that on almost all hotels! Lots of shopping in the resort if that is something your looking for. The staff we saw were always friendly and polite. Easy beach access and some nice places to eat. Really easy to walk into Waikiki and visit some other restaurants and attractions.

Took my girlfriend to Hawaii for a surprise holiday and marriage proposal, we traveled for 2 days straight and upon arrival I mention to the hotel that I am.planning a surprise proposal do anything they could do to make our stay a bit more special would be greatly appreciated. They couldn't do anything as all the complimentary upgrades are taken, which is completely fine. However they placed us in the Diamond Tower which was very outdated, the room was completely different from the one I booked, it was right next to the noisiest ice machine on earth, I was quite annoyed and embarrassed as I had shown my girlfriend where we were going to stay and it didn't match the pictures at all. The sea view I paid extra for was there... Behind a parking lot and a bunch of trees. My girlfriend was upset too understandably so was this was a once in a lifetime trip for us. I rang to complain and after a small argument we were moved to the Rainbow Tower which was beautiful and matched the pictures from the package holiday I had booked for us. Once we were moved we had a fantastic time as the quality of the Rainbow Tower and room were very high and the sea view was exactly what I had booked. We loved the grounds of the Hilton Village, lots of shops and beautiful waterfalls and shrubbery but the overall initial experience most certainly tainted our trip.

My last trip to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki was for an annual conference. The conference was held specifically at the Tapa Conference rooms which I did not know even existed! I have attended many conferences at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki, and this is my first time at that conference center. It was nice and open with a tight nit feeling allowing attendees great ability to mingle. The service was stellar as usual from the set up crew to the waiters and waitresses. I look forward to the next conference there!

Stayed here for 7 nights in total. The staffs were very friendly and the resort was very comfortable. The rooms were reasonably big, the older buildings have smaller rooms compared to the newer buildings. Rainbow Tower having the nicest view and close to the lagoon. I was well impressed with the customer service and will return here again. I would like to thank Priscilla Lee who have made my event in Hilton a wonderful memory.

I only got to spend one day at the resort. The staff was super helpful and the facilities were pretty awesome! The three main towers are built around a huge grounds that includes many activities for the family. The one downfall that I found was that some of the more convenient food options closed early, which forced me to walk (I could've taken the shuttle for a 2$ fee) about 20 minutes to the nearest shopping plaza. However, the plaza included many great options like a market, Starbucks, etc.. so if you have time on your hands it's not too bad.

We were upgraded at check in to the executive tower which has a private pool terrace and a few extra perks. Definitely a good start to our stay. There are many restaurants and activities available and the staff are always friendly. You do not need to leave the resort during your stay, but if you are inclined, there is a boardwalk with access to the rest of Waikiki and the Ala Moana shopping center is nearby.

Oh I'll be back! Magical place. Close to everything, magnificent views, pools, spa's and amenities. Weather was superb! Comfortable and affordable. Step out to the beach and a 10 minute walk and you feel like you're on Rodeo Drive! 10/10 from me ☆⭐★🌟

The resort offers plenty of entertainment, and it's conveniently located (next to the ocean as well as in walking distance to a plethora of shops and restaurants). The resort staff are all friendly and helpful. It's also clean and cozy. The beaches and grounds are pristine. The only drawback is the cost of some of the restaurants...the taste isn't bad but it certainly doesn't match what you'd expect given the hefty pricetag. They have cheaper options available, however, and it's easy to walk to outside restaurants, so it's not a deal breaker.
