Do you need some CASTING DEVICE?
- Zero gravity manual systems and automated systems with ceramic or metal ladles,
- Rotary casting axes with maintaining of fixed rotation point,
- Ladle bracket on one side only or on both sides,

FLEXIBLE CASTING CELL
For batches of low volume products and with the need for frequent change of production Artimpianti has designed solutions of flexible casting and pre-finish cells integrated with two or more benches that:
a) in the case of cylinder heads they include pre-coring and cooling of the cast with cast channel cutting.
b) instead for auto sub-components they include integral decoring, runners cutting, shot blasting, marking and unloading of the piece ready for the final mechanical machining division.
