For the last decade, I have focused on designing and building digital products that work well and solve real problems.
At Michigan State University, as a web designer, I was tasked to lead accessibility evaluation and remediation for central IT's websites. Later, I led the MSU Mobile project and managed the university's campus-wide mobile community. My initial role at MSU grew from website development to user experience research and design.
In 2012, I left the public sector to pursue my own ideas through entrepreneurship. Along with John Pytel, I co-founded GoSoapBox, an educational audience response system. We have since collaborated to create Conferences.IO, an ARS for events & conferences, and Social Q&A, an awesome Q&A tool for events, meetings and panels.
