Add this to my list of reasons for not visiting Forbes.com:
My name is [REDACTED], and between 2011 and 2015 I wrote a blog for Forbes.com which was very successful. I was dismissed by Forbes last May, and one of the reasons is because Kerry Dolan, the magazine’s editor, thinks it was me who leaked to your blog an information about a pay cut for Forbes contributors. Here’s the link to what you wrote: http://jimromenesko.com/2015/03/25/forbes-tells-contributors-they-wont-get-paid-as-much-for-visits-to-older-content/
This is something that has always bothered me, because you are the only person who knows for sure that I didn’t leak anything. I actually had never heard of your blog until Kerry told me about you. Sorry about that. I am reaching out to you to ask if you could possibly contact Kerry and tell her that it wasn’t me. I’m not asking you to tell her who leaked the information, but please just tell her it wasn’t me.
She thinks it was me and that’s not fair.
NOTE TO KERRY DOLAN: THIS PERSON DIDN'T LEAK TO ME.
