Went there to see a friends band play. The place was nice staff was friendly. The tap line was broken so they we only serving bottles. Bathrooms were a mess. I figured they would close within two weeks but three weeks later they are still open. So, at least they got that going for them.

Stopped here last night before the UConn Men's Basketball game for a burger and a beer. Service was slow, food was just ok. We were shocked when we received our bill and they charged us $10 for each Guinness. Really??? There are way too many choices in Hartford for them to be over-charging for beers. Needless to say, we won't be going back, and I'll be surprised if they stay in business for another 3 months.

Food is very good! Vegetarian Chili (w no cheese) -- excellent!! perfectly seasoned with hints of cloves cumin. really perfect medium heat. came in a cute mini croc. Veggie Burger- the patty is vegan (though it comes on brioche with tahini aoili) again really nicely seasoned. You can really tell they use quality spices. Beats plan b's veggie burger by a long run. boyfriend got a bbq avocado burger. said it was very good. he also got Duck Fat Fries-- that i actually tried and they were rich and delicious. like, "Whoa THATS a french fry!" decent selection of beers on tap and bottles incl. things like Lagunitas, dogfish, ten penny...etc the only unfortunately bad part about my experience was the atmosphere... it was completely empty at 730 tuesday night. Probably bc its so new i guess.. because the food is really great! i will return here soon.

Place has gone way down. Limited menu that is even further limited by many items unavailable. Turkey burger was dry and not very tasty. Soda flat. No music on so it was awkward. Keep moving to other better burger places downtown

Went here last night on a whim nearing a late dinner (10pm). Not only they still open but the staff was kind and attentive and very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was to die for. Though my burger was more medium than rare, it had no lack of flavour. The avocado was fresh, as was the lettuce and tomato. The Bacon was perfectly crisp a d the BBQ sauce was sweet, but could use a little more spice in my opinion. The duck fat fries were as rich and flavor full as you could imagine, and had no need for any additional seasoning. In my opinion this needs to be replicated in Boston now!

Had dinner there this weekend between activities at the XL Center. Liked the decor. Liked the food. Service was cool, at times I thought it was a tad slow but I'd also say attentive if that makes any sense. Meal price was okay, but desserts were $8 each which pushed the bill for 4 adults, 4 kids to $140 before tip. Will we go back? I'm somewhere between maybe and sure, but we will explore some other options first.

Should have known when we walked in that it was a bad move. Took us standing there for over 5 minutes before somsone even acknowledged us. Once seated took over 10 minutes to be told they were out of iced tea, even though everyone else had their drinks. Then I get my burger rare after 35 minutes! The waitress apologized but when the manager came over she just said, "are you OK?" no appology, at that point why bother come over. We witnessed 3 other tables complain or send something back. Hopefully it was a very off day, but management needs help to realize the customer should be a priority and not seem like a burdon.
