One of the best meals I've ever had. Our waiter, Alex was great with suggestions. He recommended the canoe of beef as an appetizer and it was incredible. My wife and I both had the Wagyu filet. Ridiculously good steak. We had told the staff it was our anniversary and everyone came to congratulate us without making a scene about it. We felt very welcomed and the chef treated us to an amazing banana bread dessert at the end of the meal.

The food was great, I can't lie. The service was less than stellar - our server was very gracious in the beginning and as the night wore on, he seemed disengaged. He gave us our check before our dessert ever came out...which took 25 minutes after we placed that order. For a place like Kayne Prime, that is inexcusable. Never bring the check before the meal is complete! I expected a quiet relaxing evening celebrating a friend's birthday & while the company was wonderful, the overall experience was not.

Best steakhouse in Nashville! The food and the environment are definitely 5 Star! The Bacon with cotton candy appetizer, the Wagyu Filet Mignon and Creme Corn Brulé is amazing!! Oh and the view outside is usually pretty awesome as well with some amazing cars!

Pricey but awesome! Some of the best steaks around. Their wine menu is extensive (and expensive). They mixed us some delicious and very fine cocktails. The server explained the difference in Wagyu beef and the various cuts' origins. He also explained the sous vide process that they use on most of their meats and was very helpful. I did the "progression" strip combo, 3 different types of NY strip. The Australian Wagyu was best, and the standard Prime cut, while it would've been an excellent steak anywhere else, didn't even begin to compare vs. the other two. My wife ordered the Wagyu filet and it was the best thing on our table. Definitely try this place. Get the Wagyu filet. Just don't forget to bring your deepest wallet.

Although you can spend a small fortune, what do you expect for a "Prime Steakhouse"? Actually, though, for a menu with high end Wagyu steaks and very standard salmon, there are several good salad, appetizer and side item choices that that do not disrespect your wallet (see 316 Bistro) and are simply delicious. The locally sourced cotton candy topped bacon is almost a nuts as the creme brule' corn; and you know what? the house made tater tots were just darned awesome-everyone at the table loved them. The heavy wood beam decor is well lit and staff was competent and friendly.
