The house always wins. Don't go here unless you want to lose your money. Also the staff except for a very few are very rude. The management sits on their "high horses" and laughs at people. As a matter fact I saw a manager making fun of a handicapped person. This is disgusting in this day in age. If you see any manager tell them that you saw this review and are very shocked by their ability to be more courteous. I'm very disappointed by this place. Just a quick factoid, if you didn't already know, they pay no taxes since it's an Native American owned organization.

Having just visited this casino a few days back, I have to say I was extremely disappointed and felt very ripped off. Having visited 2 -3 times over the past 15 years, the changes made only seem to favor the casino and not the customer. Their rewards program is now a joke. In the past, offers of 1 or 2 free stay nights and food credits were a good enticement that I took advantage of many times. These no longer exist! Being a slot player, at least in the past, the average player had a chance at the lower end slots for good play and the chance to win every now and again. Now the slots do not pay off at all and the penny, 2 cent, nickel and quarter machines cost as much as the 50 cent and dollar machines to play. They have ruined what used to be a nice time and experience without having to have hundreds of dollars to play the slots. In just a few hours I lost over $300 playing very conservatively and did not enjoy the play whatsoever. During my stay, I saw only one person who looked like they actually may have won something! Prior to my visit, I spent a few days in Biloxi where our room was comped for two nights with the 3rd night only costing $60. The slot play was very fair with a lot of action. In 3 days of very active play, I walked away with a $150 profit. The Tampa Hard Rock hotel stay for 3 nights would have cost $600 vs $60. In Biloxi, we also got $75 in food credits and $60 in free slot play. Also, the drinks in the casino are FREE! Being a seasoned slot player from New York, I am well aware of when someone has their hand in my pocket. I used to enjoy the Hard Rock, but I will NOT BE GOING BACK. They have steadily ruined what was once a good thing. And by the way, during my recent Hard Rock visit, I heard many other customers sharing the same sentiment and opinion. This is what happens when there is NO COMPETITION! I will from this point on go elsewhere to play slots and avoid feeling RIPPED OFF!

If I could give this place a half a star I would. What a crap hole. The only casino that makes you pay for your drinks and gamble all night and get nothing in return. THIS PLACE BLOWS GOATS!!! I can't wait for another casino to open around the area to take this place out of business.

I have always enjoyed myself at this casino, however I have never won anything to speak of. I walk around and look at other peoples credit or "cash amount" they have on a their machines and very rarely do I see any above 200-300 and I haven't seen any big winners. There are many different machines to play, which is nice. I don't play the tables so I don't know how they do. Maybe I should. The place is clean and the bathrooms are always kept clean. The waitresses on the floors cover a wide area so getting a drink can be a waiting game. Everyone is friendly and helpful when you need it. Just wish the slots would pay out better. Overall, not bad.

Great Place to have some fun. I don't play the machines because everyone says they are rigged by the computer. I play the tables War or Baccarat, Black Jack. I play very slow then cash out go swipe my card sit there only bet like 2x a hour then cash out go to another table give them my card. Then I start asking for food and drinks they gave me $50 total I drank long islands for free and the food is the best the fresh harvest upstairs.... Breakfast is the best bang for your buck at $12 it starts at 7am the best all you can eat restaurant in Florida. I usually just play to eat for free and walk out with $80 $60....I always walk away when Im up a little I can't stomach giving them MOFOs a penny.

Visitors and local residents beware! Years ago prior to the Hard Rock expanding its casino floor, and parking garages, along with other interior changes including changing its high stakes room into a crystal ball room. All the machines are being transferred out with the new digital machines, the ones that are programmable to NOT pay out. This casino has a monopoly on Tampa Bay, and they take full advantage of it. Do not be deceived by the million dollar jack pots, as this casino will never give it to you. You may win $10 here and there and once in a year see someone hit $800 here and there but overall, this casino has a bad reputation for being extremely greedy beyond the norm for a casino. One would think the owners would want to keep a somewhat peaceful balance of excitement for people to come back, but they do not. They know those who are addicted with the supposed magic of winning will come again and again. The food quality in the food court is over priced at $3.75/drink, you can get a free one tipping the server for a $1 on the floor. The burgers in the food court are disgusting plastic crap, the service on the floor is terrible, they use to have attendants that walked around and cashed out your tickets, they have replaced them with atm/ticket machines that are slow, always empty, and always showing error messages. This casino over the years has shifted from being a customer friendly oriented kind of a place to a greedy, give me all of your money kind of a place. The excitement is gone and once the fun is out of it, its a waste of time to go for a nasty over priced dinner and not win anything. I have a buddy that has spent over $4,000 this year, and has only won $80 maybe once or twice. It is confirmation that this casino is too greedy, and once the fire is gone, people are out! Once the fire remains out, people stop coming. When people stop coming, the doors will close. Customer service is and should always be top priority, and as an owner of a casino you should always be more balance. When the odds are tipped 98% against a player, the player will eventually stop coming. Word spreads, and others boycott you because now you have achieved a bad reputation for being greedy, with poor quality food, poor customer service, and your casino smells really bad. You either appreciate your community or you want to devour them. Choose wisely. You have long possessed the monopoly over Tampa Bay, this is going to change, once new casinos with slots come into Tampa Bay, you will be forced to be more equally balanced, or you will go out of business, as customers will have other options for entertainment. Cheers!

I've been and stayed here numerous times for an overnight the last 5 years and have always enjoyed myself and yes, I've won!! Hit my first Royal Flush in video poker here... Here!!!! Not Las Vegas or Atlantic City so you can win! Hard Rock Café is decent but pricey greasy food fare.. Green Room makes a great Wild Wild West Omelet for breakfast. I never miss it.. Rooms and hallways are clean and staff is pleasant.. Smoking rooms can really wreak of smoke smell.. I agree with others that floor service in the casino leaves little to be desired.. Order a drink and it can be 20 minutes before you see it..

The Fresh Harvest Restaurant Mother's Day Buffet was excellent. The service was great, the ambiance was great and the food was great. My waitress Madison was one of the most attentive servers. She provided "top customer service", and I would diffidently return because she made my dining experience a very good one.
