I kind of get that impression.

Wake-up call for desk jockeys! Kind-of concerning for me as a software developer and general computer geek.

I setup a standing desk a few years ago at work. It was fashioned out of our server racks. I stopped using it when I was running because it was too much to do both. I started using it again the last month and a half. The first week was a bit tough to stand so much. But now it doesn't bother me too stand all day.

Very important article for anyone, especially those with school-aged kids.

"The Myth of 'I'm Bad at Math'" http://feedly.com/k/1hn3fdz
Basic math ability isn't the product of good genes, but hard work.

I've been wondering the exact same thing. My opinion is that people are too easily swayed by marketing. They assume that since a lot of food products say that they are "free" of something, then that something must be bad for you. Think for yourself people! Don't let the marketing people brainwash you!

Now that's geeky cool, in a loving sort-of way.

Hey guys, copy and paste this formula in Google search and watch the result ;)

sqrt(cos(x))cos(300x)+sqrt(abs(x))-0.7)(4-x*x)^0.01, sqrt(6-x^2), -sqrt(6-x^2) from -4.5 to 4.5

Love this graphic! The US really, really needs to switch to the metric system. We already have to know both anyway.

Well, its got a point...

So, I think showing both Kings as 100% is missing a key component.  Since this maintains one side of the board as the first palyer and the other as second player, I would love to see which side tends to lose more, thus showing an advantage to the player who moves first versus the player who moves second.  Also, Knights seem to die valorously on the field of battle very often.

Addicting! Who doesn't like serve yourself ice cream (ok, frozen yogurt... but it tastes like ice cream) and all the toppings you can think of. I always have to go for the chocolate brownie and peanut butter piled with chocolate chips and crushed reeses peanut butter cups. The only issue I have is the price. You just have to be careful about how high you pile your bowl. Even the small bowl is too big for the average person.

Absolutely my favorite Chinese restaurant! Everything I've had there is very fresh and flavorful. The service is always quick and very polite. I really have nothing negative to say.
