After a week of retooling, I've managed to get the world map to wrap around!
I thought the problem would be a lot simpler to solve, but I was wrong about that, it took revamping my coordinate system, and changes to almost every function within my map handling system.

The final changes clocks in at 688, 414 additions and 274 deletions, and many, many build tests.

So, if you use an undefined value in context.createRadialGradient, you get this fancy error: The implementation did not support the requested type of object or operation.

Since my code was minified, it took a while to find out that I was passing in an undefined. I pretty much found out by accident!
