I dislike this BRU so much. Their customer service is non existent at the front desk. Phone calls are more important than a live physical customer in front of them. I'd purchased an item that was obviously a prior return, torn packaging had been taped. It was the only one left. When I got home I realized it was missing the clips necessary for the product to work. I went in to return it and made sure to tell them this item was missing the most important parts. The associate didn't offer to order me a new one. She just returned my money. On my next visit, I decided to check if they'd gotten any more in...and there was the same item I had returned before with no note or discount on it. Posing as a new product. Another example, I tried to buy my son a step stool. BRU has several on display, but they're all filthy from being used (maybe the employees?). After a couple of months of never seeing any new products show up on their shelves I decided to buy one and see if I could get a discount. Nope. The sales lady told me I would need to go home and scrub it myself. When I argued that I wasn't going to pay full price for an item I had to fix she shrugged her shoulders and didn't offer any other solutions. So I didn't buy it. and there it still sits, filthy, on their shelves. I use BRU's diaper boosters. They're great. I guess I'm the only one who uses them b/c they've been out of them for about 5 weeks. I decided to ask a clerk to help me. She looks it up and says they don't have any and it's a "shipping" problem. Frustrated b/c this is a very needed product I go online and order them. They arrive 2 days later!!! So why can't the store get them in?!?! Moral of the story, if you need multiples of something, buy all of them b/c they'll likely never order anymore (I still haven't seen the first product replaced on their shelve and that was about 6 months ago). If it's damaged or missing, forget it. You're out of luck.

I've had such a hard time finding a park with structures appropriate for a 18month old. This park has 3 structures all labeled with what age should play on it. The youngest structure was 2-5 years old. Still a tad old, but my little one was able to handle the steps up and had a great time b/c this park is very popular. There were so many children, yet it didn't feel crowded. Also, it was VERY clean. This may have just become our go-to-park.

Our group of 16 came here after tubing the Cahaba river. We didn't think we would fit, but we made it work. And boy, it was worth it. Everyone left the restaurant raving about the place. The food was great, the staff was friendly & accomodating as they could be for 16 people. Half of us were from huntsville, the other half was from Atlanta. We'll definitly go there again if we end up in that neck of the woods.
