Every time the medical industry fails an inspection like this they implement yet another security/privacy plan.  It's getting to the point where most of the staff, who typically aren't the most tech savvy out there, just cannot keep up with all of it.

Their IT Support staff work hard, they try to keep up with patching and fighting the dogma against patching, while working with users that often dread having to log onto their systems due to all the regulations governing nearly every keystroke.
