Yes there's maintenance, no idea if there's a patch though. No new patch on the test server...so chances are there is none. Will post here if I discover different.

For those who weren't invited...you can watch the guild summit live as it happens. Next presentation starts at 2pm CST (UTC-6).

For the bandwidth impaired...if you do not hit play on the video, it will show stills from the presentations, including most if not all of the major information slides in the presentation. Also, they are using CoverItLive to post all information in text form and take questions from viewers.

You may have seen the PvE/RP-PvE Stats recently, well now they've done the same for PvP and RP-PvP servers. Looks like we're about middle of the pack, though we have a lot of players on Ilum apparently. Notice anything else, say so in the comments.

No problem. I'm in between...I prefer PvE gameplay...but love playing on PvP servers. I was hesitant to join a PvP server when my guild did...but quickly grew to love it.

To those reading this thinking "wth is a pve player running a pvp server's G+ page?"...No one else stepped up so I did. If people want to help out, feel free to send me a message and I can give ya the rights to post to this page.

So there's been talk that the devs let it slip that 1.2 would be hitting this week (revealed on Friday of last week as "next week"). Well nothing for tomorrow...maintenance is web-only maintenance tomorrow.

New patch today! 1.1.5 Patch notes linked. My interests below:

-New high-level black-yellow color crystals can now be purchased from the Pre-Order Vendors on the Imperial and Republic Fleets.
-Several high end speeder models have been temporarily reduced in price until Game Update 1.2.
-A vendor that sells a variety of previously unavailable endgame crystals has been added temporarily to the Imperial and Republic Fleets until Game Update 1.2
-Dark/Light requirements present on some color crystals have been removed. I'm hoping this isn't ALL dark/light requirements because honestly, red and blue should remain dark and light respectively...they are just iconic for those roles.
-Healers in Warzones now receive kill credit when a healed player kills an enemy. If I ever played Warzones this would be cool for me
-Players can now build credit towards the Battle for Ilum daily and weekly missions by playing Warzones. Is it just me or will this turn the Ilum PvP area into a ghost town? From my experience most people don't go to Ilum for the PvP, they go there to complete their dailies

* Players can now use the command /roll or /random to generate a random number between 1 and 100. This command will also accept a range (example: /roll 20-40) or a die value (example: 2d6).

* Moving while channeling an ability (such as Telekinetic Throw and Force Lightning) will no longer cancel the Global Cooldown, which would allow those abilities to deal more damage than intended.

* Operations: Bosses in Operations now drop the correct amount of loot when the group is using the Master Looter loot distribution setting.Eternity Vault

* The Shader Complexity preference now supports a "Very Low" option.

Patch 1.1.4 is up.
Here's my list of "what's important to me" changes:
-Vendors: "Show Usable" now properly filters to only show equipable items.
-Added several new preferences for cooldown appearance:
---Show Ready Flash: Toggles a bright flash when an ability finishes cooldown.Show ---Global Cooldown Ready Flash: Toggles a bright flash when an ability finishes global cooldown.
---Cooldown Style: Changes the art style for the cooldown graphic. ---Global Cooldown Style: Changes the art style for the global cooldown graphic.
---Show Cooldown Timer: Toggles cooldown time text on top of the ability icon in the quickbar.
-Sorting will now function properly in the Guild Window.

Few other things...including fixing a /stuck exploit on Ilum are also covered.
