Nice information. Healthy lifestyle, good eating habits and regular exercises/yoga are the most important factors of life for maintaining mental peace, stress free life and good health without medicines and outside support. http://www.skinnbeautycare.com/health-care/healthy-lifestyle/

Remember before we worried about the foods we ate, the way our bodies look, and just ran around for the fun of it? #EDAW2015   #EatingDisorderAwarenessWeek   #bingeeatingdisorder
Why did those girls back in sixth grade "learn" that size makes a person popular or uncool? And if they hadn't, would they have treated me like they did?

When it comes to body image and eating, kids totally get it - that's why we should all try eating like we're kids again. #GMFR   #healthyliving   #nutritiontips
A great expression in nutrition, 'eat like a kid.' What makes kids effective eaters that seems to disappear as we age? Here's my take on the issues.

Beth realized she would rather "stay on track" during vacations, and feel good inside and out, rather than "get off track" and worry about getting back on track after arriving home.

But whether you eat like you normally would, or a little differently, it's okay! (For vacations & every day!) #GMFR
I could've avoided the anxiety about “getting back on track” by never getting off track! Instead, I came home feeling like a walking, talking loaf of bread!

Will you eat the chocolate tomorrow? We asked, and the responses reflected the 3 phases of mindful eating & the healthy weight journey. #ValentinesDay   #HealthyLiving   #MindfulEating   #GMFR
Another great example of being clear about what you want, then making your own decisions about food. How many of us often feel impelled to eat something just because someone gives it to us? Mindful eaters don't fall into that trap....
