Fact: Google+ has a thorough API. It can be used today. (out of respect to other developers though, and a bit of selfishness as a developer myself, I'm not going to share many details, sorry - you can find it with some searching though)

Just ordered 5 copies of +Chris Brogan new book on Google+. So impressed Chris can do a book inside a month of using a new platform. No way could I do that.

Secret business profiles already on Google+?

If you go to your profile and try to add a new company under "Employment," you're presented with companies as you type, complete with company logos.

+Chris Lang believes these companies that pop up are Business profiles that are already being set up, but have not yet been made public (because Google's business profiles feature hasn't been made public).

What Google+ needs now: subject following

I love the new comment collapsing feature of Google+. But that feature was rolled out yesterday. What have you done for me lately? ; )

A beta app called Subjot ( http://subjot.com ) lets you follow not just friends, but specific subjects by your friends. So you could, say, follow +Mike Elgan's tech posts, but not his boring foodie posts, or you could follow +Chris Pirillo's video rants, but not his fashion tips ( http://goo.gl/6l186 ).

Who else besides me wants this feature in Google+?
