health qigong Ba duanjin can be practiced in sitting position. 
suitable for build up immune system, strengthening bones, improve osteoporosis.  In TCM kidney controls bones.   Kidney system weakness effects bone density.   3 times a day, repeat 6 times.  Do according to your own limitation, go with flow.

A:  cardiovascular diseases.   In Australia, every 12 minutes there is Australian died.  In China, every second, there are 6 people died of cardiovascular diseases.

A:  eat balance, living in harmony balance.
