Jannice joined Boston Scientific in 2004 and served as Sales COE Coordinator. Jannice’s innovation and customer focus helped to define service excellence. She helped the CRM HR team establish its branding standards by creating consistent communication media for process and procedure documents.
Prior to joining Boston Scientific, Jannice utilized her leadership skills in operations for several Customer Contact and Sales centers for Marriott International. Jannice was the Operations Manager for ExecuStay by Marriott’s corporate housing customer contact center. In this role, Jannice supported a team of 75 managers, supervisors and customer service associates providing support to over 800 properties nationally. Prior to supporting the corporate housing operations, Jannice quickly established a long list of accomplishments in the position as a center operations manager for Marriott International’s 300 seat in-bound Worldwide Reservations office.
