Ok burgers, but overall a little pricey. A barebones burger experience. OK topping selection, but no cheese choice. Fries are OK. The biggest issue is nothing really stands out taste wise. For the money, places like graffiti burger or max and erma's offers a tastier and better presented product.

This is the worst Five Guys I have ever been to, I don't tolerate shredded lettuce on value meal hamburgers and I sure as hell expect better from Five Guys. I've been to this location before and had a pretty standard Five Guys experience but after today I don't think I'll be coming back here. The staff are friendly enough, the lines practically non-existant but the food just isn't up to snuff. I'm used to having a leaf or two of lettuce on my Five Guy's burgers, not a chopped up cost saving mess like you get at McDonald's. The burger itself was disappointingly enough without flavor, it just blended in with the watery taste of tomato and lettuce bits. The fries I got were only enough to fill the cup, not the greasy bag full I'm used to getting, which was actually probably a good thing despite my initial disappointment. I usually get the cajun fries when I go to a five guys and I've never had a batch this drenched in the spice mix, it was pure overkill. At first they were good but after a few fries it was like pouring salt right into my mouth, not a pleasant experience. Go to the 5th avenue location if you can, I can vouch for them getting it right pretty much everytime, and hopefully this shredded lettuce thing is just a problem at this store and not new company policy.
