Every one of these needs considered
Why do people trust - or distrust - a website? What is it about the content, the design choices, or the usability of a website that makes it seem untrustworthy?

Looking forward to Thursday, last year was the best single day I spent at a conference.

I usually enjoy my job, but yesterday it was awesome! For the first time I have been given direct access to transactional data which I can run queries against, I'm starting to build up a single view of customer.

Great presentation by Craig Sullivan about testing pitfalls, especially the section on confidence levels and error ranges   http://www.mindtheproduct.com/2014/03/video-easy-ab-testing-fk-ups/
Your tests suck.  There, we said it.  Or at least Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) expert Craig Sullivan (@OptimiseOrDie) thinks so.  He’s made just about every mistake in the book with his own tests, and has seen others fall in the same traps over and over. At ProductTank February, Craig gave us a detailed and practical …

Includes my 2 cents worth... Many people are talking about the 2nd of December being the busiest day, I think they might be surprised, for many people the 9th will be bigger (IMHO), deliveries are becoming better

We'll be moving to a responsive website over the next 9 months, I've been having a think about how we might report on its performance, as it will be a considerable shift in mindset

I find huge value in big site analysis, as the subtleties of prioritisation can have multi-million dollar impact for a business. This analysis can be informative about approaching a new SEO strategy for any site, and reveal a few truths about the true value of a number of SEO techniques.

The problem with having a keen interest in web usability is that it leaks in to real life. For example, on my drive home there is a section of road which often has some "inconsiderate" driver behaviour. It would be easy to blame the drivers, however, I think in this case it's actually down to poor design. The road functions perfectly well, but can encourage bad behaviour and frustration. I'm fairly sure the road designers don't take this sort "emotional interaction" with their product in to consideration.

Looking at Hitwise traffic data for a number of competing retailers, are there are statistic conclusions we can draw about their relationships? I've had a brief look, but have more questions than answers http://www.gatheringmomentum.net/blog/competitor_analysis

My wife and I ate there for the first time last night. There was not a thing I can fault, all three courses we had were delicious, I think it was the best creme brulee I have ever had. The service was attentive without being fussy, the atmosphere was relaxed.

I can't rate Joe highly enough! I dropped my DSLR in yesterday morning for a clean and picked it up this morning, he also fixed my tripod. His personal service, knowledge and experience were a delight, this wasn't just service with a smile, it was service that made me smile.
