Terrible service!! I went here for happy hour with 4 girlfriends. The atmosphere is beautiful, casual, yet romantic. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. I'm giving this place one star because the service was abysmal. Our server acted like we were an inconvenience the entire time - very rude. He took a very long time to come take our orders and when he finally did, he took one order and almost walked away. We grabbed his attention and managed to get another couple orders in but before he was done with the table, he just walked off to another table. I tried getting his attention, and he ignore me. Luckily, he had to walk past our table to get to the kitchen, so I got his attention and let him know that we weren't done ordering. When I asked him a question about part of my salad (I'm pregnant and careful about avoiding certain foods), he quickly told me what the item was called dashed off as I was opening my mouth to ask him if there were raw eggs in it. Other staff were equally rude, like they couldn't be bothered to answer questions or wait on us. Our waiter seemed to be the only one serving 9 happy hour tables, so I understand if he felt overwhelmed, but we felt his behavior was still unacceptable. Makes me wonder what's going on with management when everyone we talked to had the same "can't be bothered to wait on you" attitude. There are plenty of quaint, classy, delicious restaurants in Austin to chose from. Definitely not going back here.

Olive & June has a great view of the surrounding area and the venue lights up at night. It's a great place for a date or intimate dinner with family. There was a meat and cheese tray to nibble on followed by leafy green Giardiniara butter lettuce, baby romaine, Panelle (Sicilian fritters), celery, radish and a white balsamic. For the entree we were served Rigatone with San Marzano, tomato, basil and oregano and for a sweet finish we had Blueberry Bombolini served atop a blueberry-peach compote! The freaking best part of my meal was the fig mostarda that I spread on my focaccia. Chef Cirkiel makes his mostarda with ground mustard, mustard seeds, white wine, white wine vinegar and of course dried figs. It was so good I asked for a second bowl of which my mother-in-law and I shared all night! Street parking.. great prices.. beautiful view at night.. take your lover..lol

One of my favourite Austin restaurants, this place is tops. Beautiful restaurant with great ambience inside and out, no detail passed over on the decor. They focus on italian with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, all incredibly well done. I must order the bucatini every time i come, fresh hand made pasta, crunchy bacon, light tomato sauce, its heaven. eggplant involtini cant be beat, i hate eggplant, this dish messes up my hatred for eggplant every time. Drinks are tops, Service here cannot be beat, wait staff are stupendous and work hard to ensure a great experience. Go here now, you won't be anything but blown away, and have a negroni while you're at it.

I loved the atmosphere. They converted and old house into the restaurant. It's still has a slightly retro vibe but made elegant and modern with lightening and furnishings. The food a okay. Nothing extraordinary. I was very impressed with the wine and the price of the wine. They had a wine straight from Montepulcino, Italy where I spent time in. :)

We went for happy hour and enjoyed the amazing prices. The portion sizes were minimal but we got to eat just about everything we wanted for half the price. They also happened to have half off of wine. The wine selection (at least for us) was great. They had a wide variety. The beer selection was not so good. Only 5 or 6 different kinds. The staff was friendly, the seating was aplenty, and the food was great. Definitely hit up this place for happy hour if you get the chance.

Lovely place for a date night. Price is a little high but worth it. The bar has a great variety of cocktails. The quality of the plates is very good. They also have a big patio.

Beautiful exterior and interior decor. Service was spot on and the wine selection is crazy good. The cocktails are even better and I recommend the l'Arbusto. Food was excellent!
