It's amazing how many guests from overseas on my Be consumed tours, comment on how clean Adelaide is and the planning that went into it in the 1830s, to have parklands all around, and public squares. They can't believe our beaches, the closeness of 'wilderness' and wildlife, then the amazing wines and food of our wine regions. Some groups from China and HK just want to sit in the grass and take in the sun and fresh air.
At Be consumed tours, your host is a local grape grower and winemaker, you get to help build the itinerary, you visit his vineyard and enjoy lunch he cooks for you in his small winery kitchen. See www.abrm.net.au
Adelaide only Australian city to make The New York Times list of 52 places to go in 2015
“Stellar local ingredients can be found at South Australia’s first organic and sustainable market and so can inspired menus (Sean’s Kitchen), while cool bars (Maybe Mae) and cafes (La Moka) dot a renewed West End precinct,” the New York Times summary says.

“Adding to the city’s vitality are Art After Dark and First Fridays: live music, speakers, exhibitions and screenings during extended hours at Samstag Museum, the design-centric JamFactory, Art Gallery of South Australia and galleries.”

Hi all. I am a vigneron/winemaker in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. I am also a wine regions tour host. On my wine tours of the Barossa Valley my guests not only enjoy the industry know-how, they get to help me build s customised itinerary for their day, go to little known boutique producers as well as the bigger brands, but also to my small vineyard and winery at Roenfeldt Hill near Greenock where they get to drive or walk through the vineyard, take in the panoramas from our hilltop, and enjoy a gourmet lunch, cooked by me as they taste my award winning wines. A truly unique wine region experience for 2 to 12 people. Pick up in Adelaide or in the region. We frequent the Clare Valley and Mclaren Vale too, and often include Hahndorf at our guests request.
