I believe this is the best Chinese dining experience you can have in Dublin and possibly in the whole of Ireland. The quality of the food is excellent and the creative cuisine as demonstrated from the menu is what makes it unique. Add to that the professionalism of the team who are unobstrusively attentive and it makes for a wonderful occasion. We have friends who are so attached to this restaurant is more than a weekly treat for them !

I absolutely love this place! The food is truly fantastic. I particularly love the Wasabi prawns, the spicy softshell crab with toasted almonds and the 3 peppers rib eye steak. All dishes are delicious and very deep flavoured. Even the vegetables are unbelievable, you have to try the long beans with sichuan radish! Me and my wife always come here when we want to treat ourselves. I've been to many other restaurants in Dublin, some of them much more expensive than this, but China Sichuan is still my favourite by a long shot. In Italy (where I'm from), chinese food is generally perceived as cheap and greasy. Don't make this mistake, this restaurant serves high quality food that is worlds apart from any prejudice you might have on chinese cuisine. I like it so much that I would personally take you there if I could. It is that good.
