For those interested,

I am working on a simple 3D race game for the web, developed in Dart. It contains a simple 3D-framework on top of webgl and simple AI for opponents.

In case anyone in this community is interested:
Sweet! My game now runs in Chrome and in #Flutter with the same #Dart code :D. The rendering in Flutter is slow but at least it works ;). #dartlang ftw!

Is it possible to draw/create an intermediate Canvas/Image in #Flutter?

What I want to do is something like this:
Canvas c1 = new Canvas(..);
Canvas c2 = new Canvas(..);

ui.window.onBeginFrame = (){
//update c1
c1.DrawRect(..);
..

c2.drawImage(c1, x, y);
//Create scene with c2 and render scene
..
ui.window.render(..);
};

What I currently do is create a Picture from c1 and draw it on c2 via drawPicture. This appears to result in a huge set of drawing instructions over time in c2, making it impossible to render after ~15 frames.

Is there a way to "build" an image from the canvas and then "paste" it on another canvas (like the Canvas for the web)?
Any thoughts on this?

As part of the tablet support for TeamX, I had to find a solution for switching between touch buttons and keyboard keys in the tutorial. The result is pretty satisfying :).
