One of the best southern restaurant I been too. The staffs are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The country fried steak was delicious and well seasoned. Also fried very nice and golden brown. The grits and pork chop was great too. Overall great experience and food was amazing.

Great fried chicken special on Monday nights. Biscuits are divine, Mac and cheese rich and delicious and the chicken melts in your mouth! Unique drink specials and great service.

Great fried chicken dinner, but they need to allow you to use some of your sides, or just include then with the dinner, to choose biscuits, which are their best thing. Also more dark meat, less white meat please.

Meh. Missing the soul in soul food. Don't get the oysters. So small and not worth it. Left hungry.

Great food and service in a comfortable atmosphere. I had the biscuits and gravy and split the Mac n Cheese from the brunch menu. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were large.

Food: We came for brunch and I have one word for this place "Amazing!" We ordered the shrimp and grits and also the pork chops. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the grits was also. The pork chop was nice and thin, very tender and the breading was amazing. The decor is very chill and laid back and the staff friendly. This is my new brunch spot for sure. Brew: Great beers and cocktails, something for everyone.

Surprisingly very good for a hipster studded brunch spot. Servers were nice and drinks were good. Just over priced. But you'll enjoy it.

Some truly excellent (and unusual) menu options, like their meatloaf sandwich, but their drinks are strong, sacrificing tasty nuance. It has this hybrid Brooklyn pub atmosphere, and is great for a bite and a beer, but I wouldn't get a cocktail here again.
