Malco Paradiso use to be the bomb but not any more. The food is ridiculously high and not good at all. What happened to you guys. Not fresh, needs to smell fresher. The people that work there are not friendly. They act like they hate their jobs. Malco owners do better!!!

Their popcorn has to be the worst I have ever had - it is full of hulls and it is stale. The Paradiso building is good however all the other Malco theaters need to be bulldozed to the ground. They are old and their seats are from the 1950's and the screens are too small to be paying full price for, they should be charging 1/2 price for their small screens and crappy seats. Also they do not allow concealed carry so the next time a nut job shows up and starts to gunning down innocent people there is no law abiding and trained citizens there to protect anyone. The nut job just has a field day killing people with no threat to him. It is just an invitation for disaster. That place scares me! I use to go to the Warren theater in Oklahoma City/Moore and they allowed concealed carry just not open carry and I felt much safer there. I know this is not something we want to have to consider when going to a movie with your family but it is just that our society has gotten to the point that you have to protect yourself your family and other law abiding citizens everywhere you go and the nut jobs always go to the theaters that do not allow people to protect themselves and their families.

The staff was rude. Anna especially was rude! Everyone in the "box" had attitudes. I came for an event and i was ONLY 15 mins late for the movie. I understand they were doing their jobs in the beginning but when i asked the first time for someone to go in an ask my party of i could join they said they couldn't....Even after i got in touch with my party, showed Anna at the box the texts, she still insisted on calling the manager to see if she could "let me in." No was what they said. But here's the twisted part. There was another person who was late and she came with her family, she begged one of the lady's to to get in and the lady said "I would but... (glances at me and my friend)." I was so upset that made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed.

Not a damn thing now let me tell the world why. Apparently the malco paradiso theater in MemphisTN had a riot six years ago along with people bringing kids to r-rated pretending to be their legal guardians. So they made a policy where if you are not 17 you can not see a r-rated movie after 6pm. My family drove from arkansas a two hour drive just to be denied access because my little 15 year old sister wanted to see a limited showing of attack on titan in the US because she is not 17

Absolutely unacceptable.. I don't know what these people are doing but obviously they're letting their theaters smell like piss and toilet.. it's pretty disgusting.. sitting down in a movie theater when it brews the smell of piss.. throughout the entire movie.. CLEAN UP YOUR THEATER. Damn..

They have a fountain in the lobby.. I looked inside the fountain and found a Lobsta from the Kroger next door swimming around. This fountain has freshwater in it and Lobstas can only survive in saltwater. And the Lobsta had its rubber bands around its claws cut off so it could potentially pinch someone.. Super cruel to the animal and dangerous for the guests. Wooooo that poor Lobsta!!

I always like The Paradiso. You don't have to worry about punk kids and rude thugs. The staff WILL bounce them out of there. I have witnessed it myself. Good place to enjoy a movie. Clean.
