For sailors!  The dynamic hiking bench gives you a realistic hiking training workout when you can't be on the water.  By strengthening your hiking ability you will be able to focus better on sailing strategy and tactics.  Watch this video to learn about the Hike Pro™.

Hiking benches are a valuable tool to improve your dinghy sailing. On windy days the dinghy will be fastest upwind when you hike hard for the longest possible time. Unless you can sail most days to strengthen hiking muscles, you need a hiking bench.

When you have a few minutes, you can emulate sailing your boat by using the hiking bench. The gains will be enormous as not only will you be able to keep you boat flatter and faster upwind for longer, you will be able to focus better on tactics and position. After using a hiking bench for just a week you will notice gains.

The Hike Pro hiking bench makes training more fun and realistic. It rocks as you work hard to simulate sailing upwind in waves. Watch a video of upwind sailing at the same time and hike over every wave as you see it in the video!

The Hike Pro has left arm and right arm mainsheets to make things even more realistic.  Another great feature is the ability to easily store the Hike Pro. Its unique design allows it to be assembled or disassembled in 30 seconds. All top level Laser sailors use a hiking bench even though they sail a lot. Take a look at the Hike Pro at www.hiking-bench.com.
