I took my car here because its close to my office. I took it in for a oil change. They told me they would do a inspection on the vehicle, vacuum it out, and top off fluids. Great! I knew my power steering and wiper fluid were low. Noo.. not great. When i came to pickup my vehicle they told me that my automatic transmission was slipping and needed service. My vehicle is a manual transmission. When i mentioned this he said. "oh the guy who worked on your car is new my bad" and crossed it off. Then he went down the list and said they topped of my fluids and how much they put in of each fluid. I asked if they filled my power steering and he said yes it took about half a bottle. I asked if they used the Audi approved power steering and he kinda fumbled around. I opened the hood and .... no power steering fluid was put in. hmmm lets check the washer fluid. nope nothing in there either. check inside of vehicle. nope didn't vacuum. I asked him, "how can i be sure you even changed my oil?" he said don't worry about it and gave me $20 off my appointment. Needless to say i took my vehicle to a different company the following week and had them do a full oil change and check the fluids and so on. They did a great job and funny thing. they didn't think my auto transmission was slipping in my manual transmission vehicle like Midas did...... Wish i could give them negative star review

I do a lot of driving for my job, so my car needs regular maintenance and this place is my go-to auto shop in Las Vegas. Service is consistently prompt (every job I've sent their way has been completed in less time than I expected). Their rates are very competitive and they're staffed with top-notch mechanics who are willing to answer any and all questions. For both maintenance and repairs, I trust these guys implicitly.

I took my car in for the Groupon special. My previous oil change was a complete oil change, lube and service from the dealer which cost me over $165. I was informed by the technician at Midas that my oil was almost completely gone and that whoever did the oil change before did not put any oil in my car. I thought this was not right. They tried to upsell me on several other things and I ended up only getting the synthetic upgrade not included in the Groupon deal which was an additional $65. Seemed a little expensive to me. Well not even 1,000 miles later (or even less than a month) my car smells like it is burning oil and it is going to catch on fire. However I do not see any leaks. Then all of a sudden a drip, drip drip. More dripping and dripping. Now I have a leak. So I took my car back to the dealer to see what is going on. They told me that the oil filter that was put on my car was not only cheap but bad. It was bad. It was probably dirty. They damaged the seal, and oil is leaking everywhere so that is causing a burning smell that is even going through my interior of my car. I smell it when I turn on my air conditioner. The oil was never changed... there was oil in there and they put oil on top of the oil that was in there. So the oil is extremely old and dirty. I paid $65 for 5 quarts of synthetic oil that I never got. I contacted the Midas business that I went to and the man was nice until I told him the whole thing and then he got rude with me and told me to bring the car down there so they could look at it and see what was wrong so they could fix it. But obviously they were not listening because it has already been fixed and I am not going to bring my car down there to have him look at something that is just fine now. I also contacted Groupon to advise them of this issue, however the only advice they had was to contact the business and I did. There is no resolve to this issue. My advice to anyone would be not to bother with the Groupon for this or to go to this business. They have ruined my VW and I should have just continued with going to the dealer because they know what they are doing and use genuine parts. They showed me what was used and trust me it is cheap.

Walked in for an oil change. A fairly obese man told me they can fit me in. When it was time to checkout, I inquired about any coupons. The obese man stated he didn't know what was out there. Once I found a coupon, which was supposed to include a tire rotation, I was told that I need to call ahead for that next time. Rick (manager of this location), your mechanic did not do me any favors by changing my oil today. I could've easily gone some place else if I'd known the service was going to be this crappie. Thanks for nothing.

Rip off! Don't go here! Terrible attitude, awful customer service, poor diagnostic skills, save your money and go somewhere that won't completely rip you off.

I was really impressed with the service here! They were quick, friendly and professional. I really needed to get some repairs done, so that I could pass my smog check, and renew my registration. They got everything done in one day, and they weren’t obnoxious about upselling me. I was really happy with the service, and the price- I felt like everything was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needed to get their car repaired, because they made the hassle of getting my car repaired seem pretty painless ☺

Took my car and not only did they rip me off. But that stigmatism they have towards woman extends on to homosexuals. Fixed my car and it broke down the next day. They tried to say it was a head gasket. Coolant in my oil. Lies all liars.
