We have yet to have a bad experience with any of the dishes we've ordered here. (One or two were not to our taste, but the quality was not an issue.) And I think I've made at least a dozen visits or more by this point. We especially like to stop in for the happy hour specials at Pacific Bistro before going to the nearby Marcus Hillside theater for their $5 Tuesdays.

We have eaten here 2 times. Our family is a fan of Hibachi and we have been to many Hibachi restaurants around the USA. Overall the Hibachi experience is very nice. The salad and soup is good. We have tried most of the main course Hibachi meals, all are great. We had the same chef both times, and he was fun and entertaining both times. Most of the staff is either american or mexican, but this is not NYC or Tokyo, so it is to be expected that there are no Japanese chefs.

Pacific Bistro - Delafield, rated D-. Just came from there for dinner this evening. Will never go back. The food was fine, the management and customer service suck! A group of new Kettle Moraine high school girls, 3 of them, were there celebrating with a hibachi Bday. One of the girls went crashing to the floor because the wood chair she was sitting on broke in half. She went down hard. The server grabbed her check and took it to management and explained what had happened, expecting of course that they would cover her meal. Not only did they not do that --- the manager at no point came over to apologize or she if she was okay. On the way out we made a point of telling them that we would never return for their poor judgement. We did not know these girls. Want a good Asian restraunt --- Asiana in Pewaukee!

Went there for Sushi and then for Hibachi. Compare to similar restaurants, I wasn't pleased with the quality of my food. The chef and waitress were friendly but the food was just not great.

This is a bad place to go for sushi. The sashimi we ordered was all dried out, rubbery, and over-priced. I couldn't believe they served us fake crab (at such a price), and that too was rubbery and disgusting. The exterior signage and building are confusing. It doesn't appear to be a fine dining establishment at all. If you are looking for a sushi place west of Milwaukee, try "Wasabi" in Brookfield... I promise you'll clear your plate.

This is our favorite place to eat. The sushi rolls are very fresh and innovative. You can actually taste the fish and it is not covered in sauce. Try the crunch roll. The appetizers are great and they also offer local Wisconsin wines. The atmosphere is very cool. The sushi chefs are very friendly.
