Met my mom here for lunch on a Wednesday and there were only about 7-8 other people eating at the time. She had their chicken pho & I had the beef/meatball combo. Both dishes were very good and pretty large in size. Waiter was friendly and the food came out pretty fast. Pho Pasteur 2 in Carrolton has been one of my favorites, but 45 Mint is much closer and just as good IMO. Some might say their simple menu is more "Americanized" or less authentic... but if the food is good, I don't really care! I look forward to coming back w/ friends & co-workers.

Employees have always been very friendly, cars have come out clean... no problems. Pretty good value. All their equipment appears to be in good, working order... this is one reason I skip by another place much closer to my home.

The smoothies were great and the service has always been friendly. I've tried their black bean, tomato basil & tortilla soup and they've all been awesome... esp. the tortilla! It was thick and spicy and similar to how I make it at home.

Pepper Smash rocks! The waiters & bartender were friendly, accommodating and funny as hell. The menu has as much character as the staff and we wished we could have tried more. The Smoking Dr. Pepper was a simple yet tasty play on my favorite soda and all the other cocktails we tried were equally good. The menu seems to draw from flavors all over the world, especially India and the Mediterranean. The actual menu differs a little from what was published online, mostly with the addition of a few things. The über cheesecake was indeed über.

Went there for lunch with a large group on Friday. It was very busy, but we had reservations. The service was fantastic... out waiter was friendly, had a great personality & was accommodating of any special requests we came up with. We ordered some of the Ahi Tuna nachos & the 1/2-pound crab cakes for appetizers. Lots of meaty chunks of crab & 3 great sauces to go with it. The nachos were also great... the zing of the wasabi & soy was a perfect compliment to the fish. I had the salmon... it was cooked perfectly with a hint of smoky flavor, and the miso glaze + ginger sake butter was yummy. Have driven by this place dozens of times, I wish I'd tried it sooner!

Chips & salsa were very good. I had the lunch special with the soup (Sopa de Lima), a shrimp taco & a brisket enchilada. Everything was great, especially the enchilada! The brisket was very tender & the sauce covering it was yummy. The soup was like a mild version of tortilla soup with plenty of chicken, avocado & cheese.
