I have only had 1 service (brazilian) out of the many that is offered. But the multiple times that I have had the waxing's they are quick, good and most reasonable

THE REAL DEAL!! What a breath of fresh air for salon experience, especially in Cleveland!! I first heard of this salon from a coupon I found for a professional cut and color. I spoke with the owner about needing to get my hair done on very short notice, but she was already booked. She heard my disappointment and offered to stay past closing hours to accommodate my needs. I've never had any stylist do that before. When I went in, I came prepared with photos of my previous hair styles, and had a very in-depth consultation with her before she began working with my hair. Mona got to know me and my daily life first, so she could understand what hairstyle and maintenance regime would be most suitable. Who does that??!! She brings a much needed experience to the hair industry. I felt important, connected, appreciated, and fully educated on how to keep my hair healthy. She even serves an option of tea, wine or a healthy shake that tasted so good. I chose the shake of course as I am a professioanl athlete. The real kicker is that she taught me how to take care of my hair so that I didn't need to come in as often (less money for her). Who does that??!!! I have been a loyal client ever since. I admire that the owner makes an effort to send all the hair clippings to be used as asorbants in oil spills in the ocean, And that she gives $3 towards sponsoring a "wigs for kids" child every time some brings in a used purse that is recycled as a carryout bag for purchased hair products. Who does that??!!! I happen to love the purse that I got! Kudos for being different, nice, and real in an industry that is so down, disconnected and superficial. Continued blessings to all the lives that will be touched, moved and inspired by this salon experience!

tries to sell you random array of products that are clearly not applicable to customer (aka candles! come on!). Cannot unsubscribe from emails that are not relevant at all (contain info about weight loss programs and jewelry sales???). Need to focus on individual customer needs and solve their personal beauty problems instead of trying to sell them everything under the sun.
