Dear Customer to view our newest Catalogue  online see,
Our fall shipping season will soon be underway and the trees are in great shape this year.
Introductions this season is
• New World Pear - Bartlett European pear x Korean Giant Asian Pear. Pear develops a beautiful fawn colored  skin. Fruit texture is fine grain without grit cells. Fruit is as large as Korean Giant and has a sweet crunchy texture that is reminiscent of a butterscotch flavor. Fruit shape is slightly oblong with a button at the flower end of fruit and this tree produces very heavy crops of large pears.
Tree is fire blight resistant with little to no outbreaks.
SO JUJUBE - Dwarf trees with a Zigzag pattern growth structure Makes a great specimen tree and conversation piece. Fruit is large and round with a crisp apple-like flavor. Ripens in September is one of our favorites Jujube to consume Fresh and is among the best producers we have.
Persimmon and Jujubes Have had an exceptionally large Crop this year and are loaded with fruit, many of the jujubes Cultivars and the Kaki persimmons are Beginning Ripening.    As well as our new Interspecies Hybrid of Persimmon Virginiana Crossed with Kaki have many new and interesting persimmons to taste and observe.
We have some very large tree that cannot be shipped and would need to be picked up at the Nursery.
NEW  Tae Chu-    ( 태추 단감은 9월말에서 10월 중순까지 수확하는 품종이다. 이제 거의 끝물이다      )  – From South Korea and is a very early ripening, a sweet non-astringent fruit. The fruit can be consumed Firm and sets fruit freely without a pollinator. FRUITS WELL AS FAR NORTH AS Seoul Korea, Comparatively about South central Kentucky.  Large fruit and of small stature tree.    Rated for Zone 7 has not been tested fully in Zone 6.    Our Favorite.       Medium and small size trees available.
NEW    Seo Chon  –( 서촌조생 단감 무핵과(떫은감) 판별법  )  early maturing Cultivar 단감품종 중 서촌조생은 국내에서 재배되는 유일한 추석출하용 단감이다.  Pollen variant, non-astringent of South Korean Origin.  Medium to large fruit and very sweet when pollinated, conical to flat shaped fruit, Tree is very heavy producer and an upright grower.     Small size trees available. Rate for Zone 6 and Higher
• Contessa - Well studied and documented cultivar of Indiana origin, this cultivar is an open pollinated seedling of Knightsville. Large Fruited and so very tasty, from Observation this will make a large tree but does produce very heavy crops of sweet delicious persimmons. Would be an excellent tree for pulp production, ripens mid- season.
H-120 - Large fruited tree breed by James Claypool of the Claypool persimmon breeding program. A very desirable fruit, excellent color with a roundish canopy, a heavy producer, and very precocious. Taste far exceeds expectation.
Celebrity - Crystal clear fruit, nearly seedless with the texture of Kaki persimmon. Rated very high for disease resistance and very high for the quality of fruit. Closest to a kaki as you can get with the cold hardiness of Virginiana. Selected from Jerry Lehman's crosses of Dollywood D128 X F58 male. Both are prodigies of Miller and Early Golden. The Largest fruit produced from the Lehman breeding program.
NEW   Wonderful - Late ripening September to Early October, the largest fruit to come out of the England's selection of new cultivars for production and taste. Very large fruit. Prodigy of Yates/Juhl X F-100 male. Tree of Medium size with spreading growth habits. Would be good for wild life food source late in the fall and for a late ripening cultivar or to add to any collection for pulping production.
Visits to the orchard and nursery welcomed but by appointment only.
