I started recruiting office clerical personnel in 1987 with the clerical recruiting division of Management Recruiters, International and successfully achieved National Pacesetter status 2 of the 3 years. I left recruiting to pursue opportunities in publishing and medical sales and returned to MRI in 2001. I specialized recruiting and placing civil engineers, MEP engineers and architects for nearly 5 years before starting my own search firm, The Smith Consulting Group. The Smith Consulting Group has flourished and grown since 2006 diversifying into HealthCare IT in 2009. We are proud members of The Top Echelon Network and Search Entrepreneurs.
