Lol. I have had probably a dozen this year. Opt for the jump on size eggs. They tend to be more often doubles.

Yup it's official. Gotta add protein supplement back into diet to get enough protein in my day. Still evaluating to see what different foods I can eat to increase protein grams.

Ok so here it is +LGB LGB​​. No excuses I just haven't done any workouts in about 5-6 weeks. So this morning I woke up and decided to go for a run. Taking the same 6 mile route I have many times. Today was much harder. For the last week I have been off all vitamins and only have had minimal protein supplement. I wanted to come off everything just to take a break and focus on food.
So back to my run..... I started off slow knowing this was going to a test and it was. The first mile was easy going other than my crappy head phones not fitting right. By mile two I was still feeling good that is until a nice kindly old man ran past me like I was standing still. So feeling a little defeated I mustered up some strengthen and kept moving forward. At mile 3 I thought about stopping and then I remembered the old guy grrrrrrrr so by the time I got to mile 4 my knees were screaming so loud it sounds dedicated like an ambulance. Well maybe it was actually the ambulance that went by me but still my knees were screaming. Once that happens I have learned to just start walking as it will only get worse. If i walk now my next run will be better. I hope. So as you can see not a fast time not even close but I am on the grind to be a better me and one day be able to post a flex Friday pic. Lol
