Amazing service, it was pretty busy yet we got sat quickly. Our waitress was on top of everything! We got our drinks right away... our appetizers were amazing and our food was beyond amazing! The service and the food were more than satisfactory! We didn't even plan on coming in! We made the mistake of choosing Acapulco (across the parking lot) and they weren't busy at all yet they made us wait over 15mins! We left and came here!! (Left a bad review for Acapulco, too! -.-).

The quality of their service was great. The food was very delicious. I've been to different and there's only 2 of these restaurants have stood out and this one is one of them. The Hot chicken wing pizza is delicious & the California chicken club is very savory; it has a garlic flavored bread, grilled chicken and bacon.

First, my 2 friends and I (2 African-American and one Hispanic) were being led to the rear of the restaurant. I objected and we were told we could sit in the bar area, as there "weren't any servers" in the middle of the restaurant. We were seated in the rear of the bar 10 minutes later, that area was full of other customers. Second, one fork was filthy, it was replaced by a second filthy fork. These dirty forks were replaced by plastic utensils. Then the server took a long time to bring crackers, which should be readily available and not take over 10 minutes to get. Then, the manager comps a dessert; which had a hair in it! The manager offers a coupon for the same dessert which had a hair in it! The whole time, the server is barely coming around to check on our table. The manager then gives a small discount and offers gift card....NEVER AGAIN! The restaurant was full of white people who seemed like they were all very happy with their experience. I'm only giving one star because I have to.

Friendly service but definitely not capable of supporting the lunch crowd. Service tends to get slow and inattentive when the lunch rush comes in.

I always enjoy coming to this BJ's. Service is attentive. Food is always fresh and hot and drinks are good. I love the clam chowder and yummy bread loaf. The mashed potatoes and avocado egg rolls are some of my favorite options as well. Who could go wrong with any of the pazookie options?! I try talking myself out of getting one every time I eat at BJ's!! Lol. Parking can be a hassle because BJ's shares the lot with surrounding restaurants, stores, and the mall. But, get there at a reasonable time and it's not so bad. Even better, sign up for Paint Nite here. Otman is an awesome instructor!!

The food is ok, not great. There was once I had I really bad experience with one of the waiters. We left him a $10 tip and I'm not sure if he counted wrong or maybe we might have counted wrong but when he came back to give us our receipt he said, " Next time if you're only going to give me a dollar, don't bother leaving a tip." I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even if it had only been a dollar, he should not have been speaking to his customers like that. With that said, the BJ's in Cerritos is so much better.

This place is pretty standard. I was seated right away and got my drink and food pretty quick. This place is not really good for wine. They have some basic stuff but mostly budget wines. This place is better for beers- they have a pretty good selection of beers and their mixed drinks look pretty yummy. They have a pretty large selection of low calorie foods so you don't feel like you're missing out on all the yummy action. I ordered the portobello burger with skinny fries that was delicious and not too greasy. I kind of loved that it came in a tin tray.
