I do not understand the outcry against this interview. Was it really against the  reporter or against the reaction? In today's world apparently most people have forgotten about basic human reactions. All we expect is everything we encounter in the public domain to be edited, scripted and well polished, and then presented as "Reality".  I felt great respect for Bode Miller after his reaction, because it only shows and reminds us that we are all Human and not that important, that we are just a quick visitors on this Earth. This must be quite scary for the Status Quo, hence the reaction of their lackeys. God bless you and your brother's soul Bode!

I buy lots of cars for business and personal - 30 to 40 vehicles in the last 15 years alone. Never had a worst experience. Very unprofessional. Made a deal, then walked back on it one hour before pickup time, after I was assured they had my vehicle. There are much better options in Chicago suburbs. Will never do business with any dealership named Bob Rohrman! And last but not least their showroom is so rundown it looks like s***t

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Based on the very decent reviews we decided to try Cuban cuisine. Firstly only one person spoke English enough to take our order. After an hour and fifteen minutes we (my wife and four young kids) were still waiting outdoors. Tried to check a few times - nobody knew anything, or did not appear to care at all. Finally half of the order arrived, then another half an hour passed and no food or explanation. We did not wait any longer and left half hungry and wondering what kind of people posted these great reviews.

I do not know if this is just this store or Best Buy as a whole, but it is terrible. Very incompetent and unwilling to resolve customer issues. They have lost a phone sent to repair, misled me about the time it takes, have no real way of tracking their stuff. A total joke. At the end they are trying to blame everybody but themselves and unwilling to take responsibility. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
