I had an excellent experience with this business. Staff was helpful friendly and up-front about pricing and time requirements. I brought in a crumpled certificate belonging to my girlfriend and Jacquez Art was able and willing to do its best in restoring the certificate suitable for framing and presentation. Then it was framed with excellent quality materials and I was even offered a personalized theme for the matte which complemented the certificate. My girlfriend picked up the piece from the store and was elated. This is not an inexpensive framing store but you will get what you pay for. There were options for the type of glass too which was nice. Would recommend.

This location offers some of the best Mexican cuisine in San Diego. It is not a five star location only because I have found other locations that offer more authentic Mexican food. It is surrounded by many wonderful shops, history, and bars. Very family friendly and there are traditional music and dancers from time to time. All in all, you get a good deal for your money and over my dozen or so visits, it always delivers good times.

previous entry complains about a rent increase but I have yet to experience that. over head lighting is very limited. plenty of outlets throughout the house tho. staff is helpful courteous and responsive. I have not had a single issue that wasn't resolved in 24 hours or less. patios vary in size. I was lucky with a patio that was over 400 square feet but most residents have a very small one.good amenities are available. Many children here but no playground. great pool. decent gym for a complex. bar-b-que pit is nice (propane) and has tables. its right beside the pool which makes entertaining guests great. plenty of visitor parking. parking garage is a little tight but considering the extremely convenient location in mission valley, its not a bad trade off. right between two malls, metro stops, target, etc. Most convenient location I have ever had. very well kept facilities in general. they recently added a dolly and cart rental service for new residents to use while moving in for a $15 fee. the san diego river is running along the back side of the complex and has a paved path stretching for a mile or so, great for running or strolling. view to the river is hit and miss with foliage/trees. the AC works well but you will find some areas of the house cool much more efficiently than others. the worst part is the tiny kitchen. if you spend a lot of time in the kitchen you will hate your kitchen. there is also very little storage space. washer and dryer are stacked units. they work well but stacked units are smaller. rooms are very spacious and carpet is good. you can paint all you want as long as you restore it to original condition prior to leaving. garbage is disposed of via a chute in various locations but recycling has no chute. you have to walk your recycling down to collection areas in the garage.
