For it to even get to the point where Salem had its branding built and a full website ready for its Talk format is something that CD101 can't run away from. I give Randy Malloy credit for positively spinning the info in a way to appease CD101's current advertisers and listeners, but if this issue hasn't been permanently settled these words can easily come back to bite.

I personally hope they find a way to settle the issues with the licensee to keep the station with great heritage and a unique format with a very loyal core audience on the air. The world will be a much worse place without CD101 on the air in Columbus.
