It is my joy to mentor this young inventor and his incredible mom as they develop and launch the Grip Wizard! Read this Soapbox Cincinnati story about how his own struggle inspired innovation.

http://www.soapboxmedia.com/innovationnews/051915-young-entreprenuer-on-write-path-with-invention.aspx
Eleven-year-old Matthew Meyer invented Grip Wizard two years ago while struggling with his handwriting. He and his mother have launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund manufacturing and distribution, with a May 27 deadline looming.

Cincinnati-born classic toy, Stretch Armstrong (introduced by Kenner Toys in 1976) has a starring role in one of this holiday season's most entertaining television ad campaigns for Honda.

You better believe it! The fanny pack is getting a serious fashion makeover and making a comeback! My client +Bandi Wear is featured on Sherman's Travel as a great way to carry passport, phone and small essentials without sacrificing style.

It wasn't just Stretch Armstrong that hailed from Cincinnati in the nostalgic "Happy Honda Days" tv campaign. The series featured a couple of other toys with local roots as well!

Not being a West Side native, I was blessed to discover this little bakery by sheer divine intervention when I got lost trying to find my way back downtown. As it turns out, it's only 10 minutes from the heart of the city. This historic business is well worth the trek no matter what part of the city you hail from. Simple, delicious baked goods: breads, cookies, pastries, cakes and pies, freshly baked FROM SCRATCH since 1901. The Tea Ring, Double Butter Coffee Cake and the Cream Horns are seriously legit. And Hot Crossed Buns for Easter! Nothing like the junk you find elsewhere (at more heavily marketed establishments) or (God forbid) at the supermarket.
