Created an account and placed order. On day of expected delivery I get an email stating the order has been cancelled. Seemingly I have selected the wrong address. Call up and told a new account can't be opened for 6 months. Fair enough, it was my fault and you obviously aren't interested in new customers.
Place order again via a friend as I want to take advantage of new account discount. Item arrives (tablet) but doesn't work. After 30mins on the phone the outcome is I have to return it to manufacturer, cancel my Very order and then reorder it. Assuming this won't include my new account discount, which was the motivation for ordering from you in the first place.
Reading other reviews it doesn't seem like this is uncommon. How are you still in business? You don't deserve to be! Please also confirm the above 'process' regarding returns is correct and what happens with the new account discount on a reorder.
If at all possible I want to avoid any dealings with your awful customer service department. I can't even return the faulty item at present due to a 'glitch' preventing the return shipping labels being sent to me...
